Welcome to MedLink Recruit, a platform operated by MedLink Healthcare Pvt Ltd ("MedLink", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of MedLink Recruit’s services, features, and tools (the "Services").

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

To use our Services:

• You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.
• By checking a checkbox, clicking a button, or using the Services, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
• If you disagree with these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Beta Service

• Beta Services may be offered for testing and evaluation.
• We retain full discretion over the duration and transition of Beta Services into full services.
• No liability for discontinuation, modification, or suspension of any Beta Service.

3. Free Trial

• Free trial access ends upon the earliest of:
• i. The trial period's expiration.
• ii. Activation of a paid subscription.
• iii. Termination by MedLink Recruit.
• Data during free trials may be permanently lost unless a paid subscription is purchased or data is exported.

4. Account Registration Requirements

• To register, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Failure to provide accurate details may result in account termination.

5. Prohibited Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Transferring or sublicensing Services without MedLink Recruit's written approval.
• Sharing or reassignment of user licenses improperly.
• Reverse-engineering or unauthorized access to the Services.
• Using the Services for illegal purposes, distributing harmful software, or transmitting offensive content.
• Violating laws, intellectual property rights, or Service integrity.

6. Responsibility for Content and Prohibited Uses

You are responsible for all content transmitted via the Services.

• Do not:
• Use Services for illegal, defamatory, or harmful activities.
• Send spam, phishing emails, or engage in unsolicited communication.
• MedLink Recruit may terminate access for violations.

7. Third-Party Integrations

• MedLink Recruit integrates with Third Party Applications, which may have additional terms.
• MedLink Recruit is not liable for issues arising from Third Party Applications.

8. Subscription Fees and Payments

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless notified otherwise.
• Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be invoiced in addition to subscription fees.
• Changes in pricing will apply only after the current billing cycle.

9. Organization Accounts and Administrator Management

• Organizations can appoint administrators to manage their accounts.
• Organizations are responsible for account confidentiality and compliance.

10. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

• Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.

11. Communications from MedLink Recruit

• Service announcements and administrative messages are mandatory.
• Newsletters can be opted out of.

12. Complaint Handling Process

• Respond to forwarded complaints within 10 days.
• Failure to respond allows MedLink Recruit to disclose your contact details to the complainant.

14. Inactive User Accounts Policy

• Accounts inactive for 120 days may be terminated with prior notice.

• MedLink Recruit requires explicit authorization to use your content for any purpose.

16. Trademarks

MedLink Recruit's name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used without permission.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• MedLink Recruit is not liable for interruptions, errors, or damage resulting from Service usage.

18. Limitation of Liability

• MedLink Recruit's maximum liability is limited to ₹5,000 or the amount paid in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MedLink Recruit against claims or damages arising from your violation of laws or rights.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Disputes will be resolved under Indian law, exclusively in Hyderabad, India.

21. Suspension and Termination

• Accounts may be suspended for:
• Illegal activities, extended inactivity, or law enforcement requests.
• Violations of this Agreement.
• Users can terminate accounts and request prorated refunds for unused fees.

22. Modification of Terms of Service

• Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
• Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
